Fees & Working Together

My work is designed to offer thoughtful, personalised academic support in contexts that are often demanding or high-pressure. For that reason, I work with a limited number of students at any one time and prioritise continuity, clarity, and trust.

Although I happily offer one-off support sessions, most work is structured around ongoing monthly arrangements. This allows for meaningful progress and ensures that students are properly supported over time.

Fees

Fees vary depending on the nature of the work and the level of support required.

As a general guide:

  • Fees typically range from £70 - £95 per hour

  • Ongoing Academic Mentorship is offered on a monthly basis, with a guide fee of £395 per month

Exact fees are discussed following an initial consultation, once the appropriate structure and level of support have been agreed.

What Fees Include

Working together typically includes:

  • One-to-one academic mentoring sessions

  • Preparation and follow-up where appropriate

  • Priority scheduling for ongoing clients

  • A thoughtful, individualised approach rather than formulaic tutoring

For some services, light email support between sessions is also included, as outlined at the start of the arrangement.

Flexibility & Personalisation

Where appropriate, the format of support can be tailored to individual needs - for example, by adjusting the frequency of sessions or the level of ongoing support.

Any such adjustments are agreed in advance to ensure expectations are clear and the arrangement remains sustainable and supportive for the student.

Availability

In order to maintain the quality and consistency of my work, availability is intentionally limited. I do not operate a high-volume tutoring model, and I may not always be able to take on new students immediately.

If I am unable to offer support at a given time, I will always aim to be honest and, where possible, suggest alternative options.

Initial Consultation

I offer a short initial consultation to determine whether my services are a good fit. This conversation allows us to discuss the student’s needs, expectations, and timeframe, and to decide whether working together would be beneficial.

There is no obligation to proceed beyond this conversation.

A Note on Academic Integrity

All support is ethical and skills-based. I do not provide ghostwriting or work that compromises academic integrity. The aim is always to help students develop clarity, confidence, and independence in their own academic work.
